Limited offers a sub contract installation wiring service operating in the
Broadcast Industry. We are happy to undertake any project from a full
turnkey installation to the supplying skilled installation labour.
We also offer a cable manufacturing service which greatly
reduces build times, costs and material wastage. We have invested in a Schleuniger
cable de-reeler cutter and coiling system. This ensures that cables are
handled with care so as not to distort or damage the materials which
eliminates the problem of cable performance degradation. We are able to cut
your cable kits at speeds up to 1.2 meters per second to accuracy of 0.2%.
All coaxial cable ends are prepared with Schleuniger
Coaxial Cable Stripping Machines so that the ends are prepared to the
cable/connector manufacturers specifications. Accuracy is 0.1mm on the
length and 0.01mm on the diameter. The benefit of all this is that we can
achieve the very best performance from the materials, a necessary
requirement in this digital age.
Our cable preparation machines are also available for
hire at very competitive rates; these machines are capable of producing a
production rate of approximately 300-520 ends/hr, depending on the material
type. We are able to supply either bench mount or portable machines
according to your needs.
